You can request deletion of your MoveShield account and associated app data by emailing MoveShield support from the email address used for your account.
Send your request to support@moveshield.app with the subject line MoveShield account deletion request.
What to include
- The email address used for your MoveShield account.
- A clear statement that you want your MoveShield account deleted.
- Any additional context that helps us identify the account or affected data.
What is deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymise account data associated with your MoveShield account, including where applicable:
- account profile records held by MoveShield;
- properties, inspections, rooms, checklist items, notes, and generated report records;
- uploaded evidence photos and related storage metadata;
- feedback submissions linked to your account where deletion is appropriate.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited time if needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, billing, operational, backup, or dispute-related reasons. Backup and log deletion may occur on a delayed cycle.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 2 to 5 business days. Completion time may vary depending on verification, account state, backups, and whether we must retain limited records for lawful or security reasons.

If you cannot access your account email, contact support@moveshield.app and explain the issue. We may request additional information before acting on the account.
